Right at the mark of my 30th year on earth, I experienced an intense spiritual awakening. The carefully constructed order of my external life suddenly collapsed, launching me into the infamous 'Dark Night of the Soul'.
在我刚到而立之年的时候，我经历了一场激烈的灵性觉醒。过去那么多年我小心铸造和维护的外在秩序在一瞬间就崩塌了。就这样，毫无征兆地，我进入了灵魂的暗夜。

As I ventured deeper into the dark night, I realized that what I initially called the dark night of the soul was actually a night when the soul meets the divine.
随着我在暗夜中越走越深，我意识到原来我所称的灵魂暗夜，本质上是灵魂与神圣相遇之夜。
As I reflect upon the road I have walked so far, I realize that recording my journey and sharing it to the world has its value. If my story is going to help another soul find its way in the dark night, or another human to re-discover its connection with their spirituality, then it would be totally worth it.
在我回头看我已经走过的路的时候，我意识到，把自己的旅程记录下来并分享出来也是很有意义的一件事情。如果我的故事能够帮助到哪怕一个灵魂在暗夜中找到自己的路，或者帮助一个人重新找回自己的灵性一面，对我来讲都完全值得了。
In Modern Seeker, apart from sharing my journey, we will also rediscover the wisdom of Buddhist Dharma, Taoist teachings, Yogic Science, dive into the amazing world of sacred psychedelic plants, and discuss the cutting edge fields of psychology and neuroscience to find our modern ways of experiencing Ultimate Truth.
